Welcome to the Martha Jones School Mini-Course Registration!

Please note the following before registering:

1. Please use your email address when registering.

2. Please use your child's name.

3. You will need a credit card to complete the registration.

4. If a class is full and you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email mjminicourse@gmail.com. Waitlists will be compiled on a first emailed, first added basis. You will receive an email if your child can be added to the class with instructions on how and when to register.

FAQs

How do I register more than one child?

Register child number one with your email address. Once complete, select 'Add Another Person' in Top Right Corner of Registration. Use the same email address to register all children. After selecting mini-courses for the last child, click 'Continue'. You will then be able to view all registrations entered and/or also edit if needed. Once entering the credit card payment information and selecting 'Complete', you will also receive an email confirmation listing registrations for each child.

Can my child attend if they are in Extended-Day at Martha Jones?

Yes, please select the 'Extended Day' in the drop down for 'Teacher'. Your child will be brought back to Extended Day at the completion of mini-course. Please note that mini-course fees are in addition to Extended Day fees.

Parent Helper

A Parent Helper is a vital part of the mini-course program. We will need one parent-helper weekly (specific day) from 1/27 - 4/3 to assist during the 3:15-4:15 time commitment each week. You will not need to help with the classes, but will be another resource if needed. Please register yourself if interested.

Mini Courses are not possible with the help of a Parent Helper on-site during courses. Parent helpers help take attendance before classes begin, monitor the hallway while classes are going on and oversee dismissal. In exchange for your time, your child gets to take a class for free. Volunteers sign up for a weekday and then are present each of those days during the session. For example, if you pick Mondays, you would be the volunteer at school each Monday of the session and your child would get a free class, which could be up to $110 in savings (depending on the classes you register for).

What happens if a course is full?

We will try to open up spots as they become available. To be added to a waitlist, please email mjminicourse@gmail.com Spots will be given on a first emailed, first served basis. Please do NOT email the instructor of the course.

Are tuition waivers available?

Yes. Please contact Donna Tobin to apply for a tuition waiver. Waivers will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
